Michael S. Miller is the owner of Apex Fiduciary Services, LLC, which works with companies as a trustee of ESOP’s created by them for the benefit of their employees. Michael has been in the retirement planning industry since 1989 working with large and small companies in a variety of services. Michael’s experience spans defined benefit, defined contribution and nonqualified retirement plans with a specialty in ESOPs. Michael is a graduate of Emory University and earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, CEBS, designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
